My diverse background in a variety of movement practices and hundreds of hours of training has given me an in-depth understanding of anatomy and the tools needed to be able to customize our time together to meet your specific needs and reach your goals.

There are many reasons to sign up for private classes, whether you’re working through an injury or experiencing pain, want support in managing stress and building emotional resilience or are simply looking for a personalized practice. Private sessions can help with all of that and more.

Specialize in: working with older adults through pain, after injury or while coming back to exercise, helping maintain and improve strength and mobility with functional movements to support independence as they age, pregnancy and postpartum corrective exercise to support women in staying active through pregnancy, preparing for birth and returning to a movement practice postpartum
Includes: Intake paperwork & 60 minute initial evaluation (both conversation & movement screen), 60 minute movement practice (in person or virtual), virtual clients get recording of their practice, home exercises are given after class to perform between sessions, available as 4/8/12 month package, or ongoing
